LOFT 1882

Loft 1882 is a cozy and charming house in the village of Sóller, proceeding from a former textile factory and restructured preserving its history and beauty.

Our charming house located in the heart of the characteristic ‘pueblo de Sóller’, declared World Heritage Site, is located in a side road of the central pedestrian street Carrer de sa Lluna and a 5 minutes walk from the main square of the Església de Sant Bartomeu, the station of the Tren de Sóller, the bus stop and the hiking trails.

LOVED THE MOST

This property was perfect! Located very centrally to Soller village, it is an elegantly renovated building. The back garden is perfect to have your breakfast in the morning.

The highlight is the very welcome host who makes you feel most welcome and at home! I would totally recommend this property if you want to visit Soller!

The Staff- Spenser – was very competent, friendly and fast in organizing the house and necessary things – for example I have given an additional top for the bed on the same day, organized the heating while it was suddenly cold and rainy.

Backyard, living-room and kitchen are great. The upper rooms are great – lot of sun. Lot of space in all rooms, including the bathrooms.

LOFT 1882 is a beautiful home to be in and the owners are more than welcome and helpful. Had an excellent time. Owners are extremely warm as hosts and I am more than happy to recommend their home as an option to stay in. Extremely beautiful home and would definitely come back to them next time we visit Soller.

The property was located just a short stroll from the main center and felt very new, safe and secure. The shared living area felt very homey and comfortable and we liked that the architectural characteristics of the town had been carried throughout the property. We also thought the honesty bar was a nice touch. Our bedroom was very spacious and good value for money.
