“The property was located just a short stroll from the main center and felt very new, safe and secure. The shared living area felt very homey and comfortable and we liked that the architectural characteristics of the town had been carried throughout the property. We also thought the honesty bar was a nice touch. Our bedroom was very spacious and good value for money.”

“Excellent response from the owner Spencer. Very helpful and attentive to our needs. Apartment room was very spacious and well designed. Caution – tall people (like me) need to be mindful of not banging their head on doors, etc. Excellent shared common space and good interaction with other guests staying there. Good lighting in all areas and a nice courtyard available. If you like walking (we do) it’s a superb vantage point to commence walks in the area.”

“Breath-taking walks, wonderful few days: We spent 4 enjoyable nights here. A beautiful, tastefully restored old building, as good as it appears on booking.com website. Very central to everything that excellent town of Soller has to offer, yet tucked around to corner & peaceful. It was raining when we arrived at Soller bus station with heavy luggage, the owner kindly came out & picked us up, so a great vibe from the outset. Owners lives onsite, are not intrusive, & we really enjoyed conversations with them. Plus, they gave us great tips for walks & a boat trip. Bravo! Our room was very light & spacious, had a lovely outlook, & very stylish bathroom. The kitchen & common areas downstairs were very comfortable and inviting. Great cafes, bakeries, grocery store within easy walk, so you can choose to prepare meals at the Loft, or eat out.”

– For just travelers is due to the design and equipment of the loft very easy to get into conversation with the other guests, if desired
– There is a very pleasant, quiet atmosphere – the location is very central
– In the kitchen there are always fresh oranges and a juicer, coffee and a fridge, which all guests can use. From the tap you can even fill filtered drinking water!
– The beautiful courtyard invites you in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for a final glass of beer or wine (drinks are always available, you just put money in a cash register.”

“What a great place. This newly renovated, old townhouse sits within the historic center of Sóller and is run by [Spenser] a lovely and friendly host. The rooms are quite large, the bathroom was clean, the shared living and dining room is fantastic and the kitchen allows you to prepare breakfast or similar, which you can enjoy on the terrace. If I come back to Sóller, I will certainly stay here again.”

“The LOFT is a wonderful home with delightful hosts. The house conversion is one of excellent quality, and the owners could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We hope to return at some point in the future. Soller is terrific location set within the mountains, yet with easy access to the Port and beaches. Great choice of restaurants and bars to relax and while away the hours both during the day and evening.”
