Terms and Conditions

The rooms are rented according to the la Ley de alquiler urbano.
The 25% of the booking must be versed as deposit through bank transfer within the 24 following hours to the booking.
The rest will be payed off in cash the day of the arrival.
A cautionary deposit of the 25% of the cost of the stay will be request the day of the arrival, returned the day of the departure.
The booking will be annulled if the guest won’t arrive within the morning of the following day of the booking, the deposit won’t be returned.
No smoking rooms.
No Credit cards.
Animals are not admitted.
Cannot be organized parties.
It can be unsafe or inadequate for children (min. age 6 years old).
Not suited for people with disabilities or with wheelchair.
Late Check-in from 23:00 p.m to 07:00 a.m : extra charge of 30 euros.

Up to 10 days before the day of arrival: 50% will be refunded, in any case the cost of one night won’t be returned.
From day 9 the deposit won’t be returned.
